Masterclass ”Dairy Protein Biochemistry” ved Wageningen University
Lotte Bach Larsen and Nina Aagaard Poulsen have, together with Dr. Kasper Hettinga and Dr. Etske Bijl from Food Quality & Design, Wageningen University, developed a masterclass ”Dairy Protein Biochemistry”, which will take place from 2 to 3 July 2018 at the Wageningen University. The course is directing PhD students, people from the industry and other who may take an interest in the subject. Application deadline is 2 June 2018.
