Masterclass for PhDs at top ranked University

iFood Centre Leader Lotte Bach Larsen and associate professor Nina Aagaard Poulsen from Food, gave a PhD masterclass on “Dairy Protein Biochemistry” at Food research top-1 ranked Wageningen University and Research (WUR) in the Netherlands on June 2-3 2018. The masterclass was a collaborative course, organized by the PhD school, vlag, at WUR and taught in collaboration with Wageningen researchers associate professor Kasper Hettinga and post doc Etske Bijl, to a class of 30 participants.
